I had an appointment at this location for the 1st time. I was seen at Bay Harbour office once months ago. Anyway, this location was clean, quiet, nice staff. My hygienes was Monique and she did a great job. She was patient and nice. And Jasmine was amazing. She was helpful and kind to me. Jasmine was able to explain my treatment plan and breakdown of my bill to me. I must say, Jasmine and Monique actually gave me excellent customer service today. The doctor I saw was great at finding my issue and explaining what I needed to get done. Thank you for having me. I look forward to returning.

Dr Herzog and her team at any location are amazing. I have used 3 of them through my procedure and follow up care. It is worth the drive for me from Ft Myers. They make you feel like part of a family.They always keep me smiling!!! Thank you!!!

Dr. Herzog & her team are awesome. She was willing to take me on as a patient with a difficult problem to solve with my implants, created by a dental school. Not a lot of implant specialists/dentists would do this. I had searched for someone to help for quite a while, spending thousands in vain. I was struggling to find a solution. Dr. Herzog found a solution & my teeth are awesome. Her office team are super helpful & it's easy to reach someone directly. I rarely recommend anyone but in this case, I have already recommended her several times & feel very confortsble doing it. I will be returning tohave my regular dental work as needed. Thanks, Dr. Herzog!

Be careful! Make sure you understand the actual procedure performed and that it matches what you paid for upfront. They were supposed to remove all four wisdom teeth, and they charged me accordingly. However, after reviewing the X-ray with the doctor, I discovered that only two were removed—the doctor confirmed this as well. Now, they refuse to issue a refund and claim that the insurance didn’t cover the procedure, which is false. I confirmed with my insurance that they never received an updated procedure report, yet they still paid the provider for all four extractions. In conclusion, this place received payment from both me and my insurance for a service that was not fully performed, and they are denying any refund.

Dr. Schaumberg, and her team were amazing and very knowledgeable plus supportive. I just got all 4 of wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and the healing process has been easy plus my check up appointment was amazing and fast knowing that my gums are doing well! I really recommend them all!

I had a great experience at the Dental Implant Center of Coral Springs. I came in for a dental implant and teeth whitening, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable during every step of the process. The results were excellent, and the pricing was very fair. I’m really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental work.

Dental Implant Center genuinely went above and beyond, from the sweetest staff to the amazing Dr. Schaumberg. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was pretty anxious about the procedure, but the staff and Dr. made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process before, during and after surgery. I healed up quickly and with little pain, also thanks to the curated instructions from them. They are very caring, honest and efficient. I am incredibly grateful I picked this center for my surgery. Thank you Dental Implant Center team!

Amazing staff. Everyone is efficient & so friendly. Dr. Schaumberg removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I had the easiest recovery. They were removed on a Friday and I was back to work on Monday. Everyone is different, but I followed the post-op instructions and took what was prescribed and barely had any pain and no swelling at all. I expected this to be much worse than what it was. I had an incredible experience overall.
